ABOUT YAWANGDA00

From a blank page
to a trusted travel
product.

Our work connects product‑oriented thinking with manufacturing realities. We treat cases, frames, handles, wheels, internal storage and decorative details as one integrated system — then optimize every decision around how the luggage will be used, presented and manufactured.

For international brands, retailers and distributors, this translates into a collaborative development workflow: well‑defined requirements, thoughtfully evaluated samples, practical engineering solutions, and production coordination from concept to finished goods.

Our Roots01

Industrial strength,
with room to breathe.

Established in Wenzhou in 2001, Yawangda has grown into a comprehensive luggage manufacturer specializing in ABS, PC and EVA‑based products. Its modern production and functional facilities span over 17,000 square meters, supporting a team of more than 200 employees, including over 50 technical specialists.

Yet a factory is defined by more than machinery. Workshops, shaded trees and tranquil courtyards coexist within the same campus — a garden‑style setting where manufacturing rigor and natural rhythms have thriven side by side for over two decades.

Manufacturing Philosophy02

Every good case
begins with a line.

A luggage project starts in the pattern‑making room. Curves, force‑bearing paths and edge details are calculated and refined until an idea turns into a workable prototype. Frames are bent, structural components are stamped, and heated ABS or PC sheets are formed over meticulously prepared molds.

Automation delivers speed and precision for edge‑trimming, while fabric cutting and sewing build out the internal structure. On the assembly line, shells, linings, wheels, telescopic‑handle systems, grips and latches come together as one. Riveting is far more than a final step — it is the moment every prior decision is locked into place.

DESIGNED FOR THE WORLD03

Understand the journey before designing the case.

Different markets ask different things of a travel product. European business collections favour restrained lines, lighter structures and considered colour. Long-distance markets in the Middle East and South America place greater emphasis on durability and value, while younger Asian consumers respond to bolder forms, colours and functional detail.

This market-led approach informs a broad development capability — from ABS, PC and EVA combinations to hybrid constructions and zipper designs. The objective is not a fixed formula, but the right balance of structure, weight, capacity and identity for each customer.

Built on Evidence04

Quality begins before the first part is
made.

Material control starts with incoming‑material inspection and runs through the full process of forming, edge‑trimming, assembly and riveting. Before finished luggage goes into warehouse, it undergoes load‑vibration tests, telescopic‑handle fatigue tests, wheel abrasion‑resistance tests and repeated opening‑closing tests to simulate real‑world travel usage scenarios.

The ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems deliver a structured approach to quality and environmental responsibility. More than 40 independent intellectual‑property assets — including invention patents, utility‑model patents and design patents — translate accumulated expertise into tangible value for every development partner.
